Why Ecology?
Intrigued by the systems that allow ecosystems to function I set out to understand how the natural world works and what can be done to help maintain the function and beauty of the world. My focus is now on soil ecosystems as a critical component to terrestrial ecosystems and which provide many services for human survival.
